In this three-hour class we teach you some fundamentals to Italian cooking including: Making vegan pasta from scratch. A rich red wine ragu Fresh pesto with a twist you'll never forget Vegan cheese alternatives Appetizers and sides Pricing includes cost of all ingredients and is for 1-2 people, should you wish for more people to attend the course with you, this can be arranged at a suitable price point based on the total number of participants, up to a safe and practical limit of 8. As always please let us know in advance any allergy needs, including but not limited to nuts and gluten, we can accommodate almost any needs on this course. Recipes are not included with this course, but are available in our eBook for just £5
