Service Description

Not sure how to bake without milk, butter or eggs? No problem! We'll guide you through how to get the most out of baking with purely plant based ingredients in this three hour course. We will make any three of the following: Fluffy cupcakes, with decadent buttercream frosting. Crisp chocolate cookies. Gorgeous gooey double chocolate chip brownies or other delicious tray-bakes. Luscious lemon loaf cakes. Simple fruit pies with pastry from scratch. Pricing includes cost of all ingredients for one person should you wish for more people to attend the course with you, this can be arranged at a suitable price point based on the total number of participants, up to a safe and practical limit of 8. As always please let us know in advance any allergy needs, including but not limited to nuts, we can accommodate almost any needs on this course. Please note that a separate gluten free baking course is available.
